1. Scope of Services
We provide ethical and professional debt recovery services including soft bucket collections, early-stage payment follow-ups, and bad debt recovery. Our aim is to recover dues while preserving client-customer relationships.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate debtor information including contact details, amount due, and documentation.
- Ensure that all claims are legitimate and not in dispute.
- Cooperate in a timely manner to enable effective recovery efforts.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
- Fees are charged either as a fixed amount or a percentage of the amount recovered, as per agreement.
- All payments for services rendered are due within 15 days of invoicing.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable laws.
4. Confidentiality
All information provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for debt recovery purposes.
5. Compliance and Conduct
- We comply with all applicable debt recovery regulations and guidelines.
- Our team will treat all debtors with respect and follow ethical recovery practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for non-recovery of debts due to inaccurate information or debtor insolvency. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. Fees for work done up to the termination date will still be applicable.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to arbitration or the courts under the jurisdiction of [Your City/Country].
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed in writing about any material changes.
